A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the balance is payable at the time of booking and balance is due 4 weeks prior to stay unless otherwise agreed.
Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement). Check out time is 10am on day of departure.
Payment can be made by BACS, cheque or cash. Payment details will be given by email upon confirmation of booking.
No smoking is permitted inside or at the doorways of any property.
