Smiddy is all on one level (no stairs) comprising entrance corridor, 2 bedrooms, large living room/dining area and galley style kitchen. This property could offer accommodation for up to 4 people. A cot and highchair is also available on request. |

Living: Leather suite, peat burning stove, TV with freesat and DVD player.
Kitchen: Sink, hob, oven microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (with small freezer compartment).
Bedroom 1: Double bed with ensuite comprising shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Twin (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with ensuite comprising bath (with shower over bath), wc and wash hand basin. A third child's bed and/or cot can also be provided if required.
Other facilities and amenities included: WiFi, peat burning stove (fuel provided), electric space/water heating (included in rate), cutlery, crockery, utensils, bedding and towels provided. Spacious off-road parking (at owners risk). Pets are welcome if controlled at all times in our crofting environment.
