Ground Floor: Hall, galley kitchen, toilet/wet room (wheelchair friendly), lounge/dining room and Bedroom no. 1 (double - wheelchair friendly).
Lounge/dining room: Leather suite, peat burning stove, dining table, TV with freesat and DVD player. This room offers panoramic views over the croft towards the east side of Benbecula.
Kitchen: Fridge freezer, dish washer, cooker, hob, sink, microwave and washing machine. All crockery, cooking utensils and cleaning equipment are provided.
Upper floor: Hall, family room (1 double, 1 single), annexed bedroom (1 single) with adjoining toilet/shower room.
Other facilities and amenities included: WiFi, peat burning stove (fuel provided), electric space/water heating (included in rate), cutlery, crockery, utensils, bedding and towels provided. Spacious off-road parking (at owners risk). Pets are welcome if controlled at all times in our crofting environment.
Please note Am Bothan, Smiddy and Chalet are subject to a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and outside at the entrance doors.
